Note:

1. For an optimum charge use the USB-C cable supplied with the earphones or one supplied by Soundcore or Anker.
2. Do not use Power Delivery wall chargers to recharge Soundcore Spirit 2 as it may cause the earphones to stop working.
3. If there is a lot of sweat on the USB-C port, wash it under running water then allow to dry completely before charging your earphones.
4. Note: This product is not currently compatible with iPhone 11 series, but is being upgraded.
