It is available in four distinct colours – Jade Green, Black, White, and Snow Mountain Pink – catering to diverse preferences. In particular, the Snow Mountain Pink version uses second-generation nano-tech skin, first seen in Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which is highly durable and resistant to discolouration. Measuring 152.8 x 71.5 x 8.2 mm/8.3 mm and weighing 188g, the handset is superlight and slim, perfectly fitting what the Xiaomi brand is known for across its smartphones.

The handset features a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED, 68B colours, 120Hz, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 3000 nits (peak) display. Xiaomi 14 utilizes C8 light-emitting material with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, the highest peak brightness screen in the industry.
