Vivo V30 Overview

The Vivo V30 is a mid-range smartphone that was announced in February 2024. It is the first phone with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which offers improved performance and efficiency. The 5G-enabled handset features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1260 x 2800 pixels resolution, HDR10+, 120Hz refresh rate, and Schott Alpha protection. It comes installed with a triple rear camera setup with a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2 MP depth sensor (market/region dependent). The phone can record 4K videos at 30 fps with gyro-EIS.  A 50 MP front camera with dual-LED flash and autofocus takes selfies and records 1080p videos.

Running the handset is Fun touch 14, based on Android 14 as the Operating System. Up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage (UFS 2.2) with no microSD card slot. Important features of Vivo V30 include an optical fingerprint scanner under the display, NFC (market/region dependent), IP54 dust and splash resistance, and Snapdragon Sound (market/region dependent).

Powering the handset is a 4,500mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging, PD, and reverse wired charging. The phone can charge from 0 to 100% in 48 minutes. Vivo V30 will be available on the market in four colorways: Bloom White, Waving Aqua, Lush Green, and Noble Black.
