the Amazfit GTR 2 is an exercise-oriented smartwatch that features a cool curved bezel less design, all round health fitness and tracking, music storage and playback, a long-lasting battery and voice controlled built in Alexa capability. it comes with a 1.39″ round AMOLED screen with 3D Corning Gorilla glass, which is comfortably bright, peaking at 450nits. it runs on the RTOS watch operating system. it features a real time heart rate monitor, an instrument to measure blood oxygen levels, a stress monitor, sleep and sports tracking, call and notification alerts, music control and offline voice control assistance. it’s a lightweight and comfortable wear, made from an aluminium alloy frame and a well curved 3D screen. it features detachable 20mm silicone straps that can be swapped for customisation as user deems fit. the back panel is plastic and houses the charging connectors, the oxygen sensor and an optical sensor. they’re well placed so as not to be covered in grime during continued use. it has one speaker and 2 physical buttons that has been customised to do various prompts, like waking the watch up, scrolling and selecting apps. you can customise prompts, like double taping it, to open pre-selected apps. it features 5ATM water resistance, enough to resist a shower or a swim. with the Zepp app, it supports up to 60 watch faces, and interactive widgets for use in its various capabilities. they are highly customisable, allowing you to choose what information can be displayed on the watch face. the watch is adapted for both Android and iOS device compatibility. with Bluetooth connection and a microphone, the phone can be easily used to operate numerous tasks on the phone hands free. the phone is great for health tracking, sleep and activity tracking, even monitoring your stress levels. the battery is a modest 471 mAh which claims 14 days’ worth of continuous use. it also has 3GB on board storage to accommodate the various apps and music. it comes in various colours.
